Sometimes, contacts in lists may have multiple phone numbers associated with them. This could be because they have a business phone, a personal mobile phone, or data from multiple sources might show different phone numbers associated with a contact.
With Glencoco's multiple phone dialing feature, you can click to call into any of these phone numbers from our dialer. Here's how it works:
In Parallel Dialing Mode
When you're parallel dialing mode, as the dialer crawls through the leads in your list, it will sequentially check all the phone numbers associated with a contact. What this means is, if the phone number was marked previously as bad or DNC, the dialer will check the next phone number associated with the contact as a fallback, and so-on.
This is a neat feature because typically, parallel dialers will crawl naively through single phone numbers associated with a contact. With our parallel dialing mode, you'll be able to connect at a higher rate with prospects (this assumes the data is of reasonable quality).
In Single Dialing Mode within the Account View
If you see a contact with multiple phone numbers, if you see that there are multiple phone numbers for a contact, you can either:
Click the blue link on the leads side panel
Click the green 'start call' button and see multiple phone numbers for the contact available in the popup
In you account history, you'll be able to see the number that was called.
Lets say after calling this number, the prospect said that they would like you to call their mobile instead of their home phone and you want to keep track of this so that you don't forget.
You can mark specific phone numbers as DNC ("Do Not Call")
Once you've done this, you'll see that the phone number is now marked as DNC and crossed out so you can focus on the right phone numbers!
