Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Glencoco Annual $100K Challenge
Introduction
The 2025 Glencoco Annual $100K Challenge (the "Challenge") is an incentive program organized by Glencoco, designed to engage and reward eligible participants ("Participants") who achieve specified milestones on the Glencoco platform. By participating, Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Sponsor
The Challenge is sponsored by Glencoco ("Sponsor"), located at 224 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, New York 11249.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants
Open to registered users of the Glencoco platform who are 18 years or older.
2.2 Opt-In & Opt-Out
Any eligible registered user on the Glencoco platform is considered opted-in to the Challenge and a participant by default during the eligibility period. Participants can opt-out by sending an email from the email address associated with their user account to [email protected] with the subject line “$100k Challenge Opt Out” and a sentence in the body indicating that they intend to opt out of the Challenge.
2.3 Exclusions
Any earnings derived from fraudulent, unethical, or unauthorized activities are excluded and may result in disqualification.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Earnings outside this period will not count towards milestones or prizes.
4. How to Enter
To participate in the Challenge, users must:
Generate Earnings through the Glencoco platform during the Challenge Period.
Limit: One registration per Participant. Duplicate registrations will result in disqualification.
5. Earnings
5.1 Definition
Earnings are those generated directly through the Glencoco platform from payouts for qualified meetings, excluding incentive payouts, dispute payouts and any other payment not derived directly from qualified meetings.
5.2 Verification
All earnings are subject to verification by Glencoco.
6. Incentive Structure
6.1 Milestone Bonuses
$25,000 accrued Earnings: $2,000 bonus.
$50,000 accrued Earnings: $5,000 bonus.
$75,000 accrued Earnings: $10,000 bonus.
6.2 Grand Prize
The top earner for 2025 who has hit all milestone bonuses shall win either:
A Tesla Model 3 (standard configuration) OR
$30,000 cash.
Glencoco reserves the right to substitute the Tesla with a comparable vehicle or equivalent cash value.
7. Tracking & Reconciliation
7.1 Real-Time Updates
A leaderboard tracker will be provided to participants which will track year-to-date earnings based on qualified meeting payouts earned on the Glencoco platform. The leaderboard tracker can be found here.
7.2 Final Reconciliation
Rankings will be finalized after verification of all earnings by January 31, 2026.
8. Prize Distribution
8.1 Timeline
All year-end bonuses and prizes will be distributed no later than February 15, 2026, pending verification.
8.2 Tax Responsibility
Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes and earnings.
9. Participant Conduct
9.1 Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to Glencoco’s code of conduct, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all activities.
9.2 Disqualification
Glencoco reserves the right to disqualify Participants for any violation of the rules, including unethical behavior, fraud, or activities detrimental to Glencoco’s reputation.
10. Marketing and Publicity
By participating, Participants grant Glencoco the right to use their name, image, and performance data for marketing purposes unless they opt out in writing to [email protected].
11. General Terms
11.1 Modification and Cancellation
Glencoco reserves the right to modify or cancel the Challenge with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to Participants.
11.2 Force Majeure
Glencoco is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
11.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the Challenge’s conclusion. All decisions by Glencoco are final.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 General Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glencoco shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to the Challenge, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 Cap on Liability
Glencoco’s total liability to any Participant, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, shall be limited to the greater of (a) $500 or (b) the amount of any verified bonus or prize awarded to the Participant as part of the Challenge.
12.3 No Warranty
The Challenge is provided “as is” and “as available.” Glencoco disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glencoco, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) their participation in the Challenge;
(b) any breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
(c) any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the Challenge are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
