Glencoco offers three ways to seamlessly add leads to your pipeline:
1. Adding Leads from the Dashboard
Step 1: Navigate to your dashboard and access the open pipeline view.
Step 2: Click on the "New Lead" button.
Step 3: Select the campaign you wish to add the lead to.
Step 4: Fill out the required information for the lead.
Step 5: Submit the information to save the new lead to your pipeline.
2. Adding Leads During a Dialing Session
Step 1: During an active dialing session, instead of starting the usual dialing process, select the option "I want to call my own lead."
Step 2: Add your lead's information into the system.
Step 3: Proceed to call this newly added lead directly.
3. Adding Leads from an Existing Account
Step 1: When managing existing accounts, identify the company account you are working with (e.g., Kenco).
Step 2: Choose to add a new contact within this company.
Step 3: Enter the lead’s details, ensuring the account name (such as "Kenco") is included.
Step 4: Submit the information, and the new lead will populate under the specified company account.
