Sometimes, you may run into a prospect for who advises you to call a better POC in their organization.
There are two workflows to add the information associated with the new lead to the account.
If you are not actively on a call with a prospect:
1) You need to go to the prospect account page.
If the prospect is in your pipeline, you can just click on the lead card. Otherwise, you can access the account page from your call history.
2) Click the black “add button” and choose “lead” from the drop down.
3) Add the information necessary and click save.
This will save the new contact under the account.
If you are actively on a call with a prospect:
1) Click on “create newly discovered lead” under the contact card in the dialer.
2) Add the information necessary and click save.
This will save the new contact under the account.
