Rejected campaigns are campaigns for which the following have happened:
You've completed the training module
You've completed submitting an audition
Your audition was reviewed and the audition reviewer made a decision to reject you from the campaign instead of having you retry your audition, or you were previously approved for a campaign but after reviewing your calls and performance, the campaign manager determined that your net positive contributions to the campaign (generating interest, securing meetings, qualifying prospects) were outweighed by your net negative contributions to the campaign ("burning through leads" by not effectively pitching, generating interest, and securing sales meetings for the campaign) and updated your campaign status to rejected.
Frequently Asked Questions about Rejected Campaigns
How can I see which campaigns I've been rejected from?
Answer: you can see campaigns you've been rejected from in one of 2 ways:
Open a chat and select "Check my Account Stats and Status," and we'll list you all your Rejected campaigns:
Go to https://user.glencoco.com/my-campaigns and select "Not Eligible"
Can I get some feedback or a reason as to why I was initially rejected from a campaign or why my audition was rejected?
Answer: When your campaign status is updated to rejected, you'll get an email notification with some notes as to why you were rejected from a campaign. Sometimes, these explanations may not be detailed and you may be left wondering why you were rejected from a campaign, but try not to be discouraged and find another campaign to audition for. Our platform is a platform for sales professionals and no sales person bats 100% with interviews or job offers. There are 4 common reasons we've found for why someone is rejected from a campaign:
Your sales profile looks sloppy. For example, you're missing a professional headshot in your Glencoco Sales Profile, which campaign audition reviewers can see, or your "About Me" description is short or poorly worded. To remediate this, we recommend you go to your sales profile settings at: https://user.glencoco.com/settings/profile and review whether you have a professional headshot and your "About Me" description is tight.
You have a strong non-native or non-business-professional English accent. The reality is, with high-ticket meeting prices, the technical nature of some of the products/offers, and the quality of the businesses listed on the Glencoco marketplace, if your campaign audition doesn't sound up to par in a competitive business landscape, you will get rejected. To remediate this, we recommend you study the training modules thoroughly and proactively message us in chat if you'd like some more materials that the business can provide to best prepare you for an audition.
Your audio is not captured or your tone and cadence sound low-energy. The reality is, with high-ticket meeting prices, the technical nature of some of the products/offers, and the quality of the businesses listed on the Glencoco marketplace, if your campaign audition doesn't sound up to par in a competitive business landscape, you will get rejected. To remediate this, we recommend you make sure the web browser you're using for Glencoco has audio/microphone settings enabled and that you practice delivering the right energy and tonality in your auditions.
Is there any way I can audition/try again for a campaign I was rejected from?
Answer: While we cannot guarantee this, you can always message us in the chat and provide some context and appeal the audition rejection so we can review and on a case-by-case basis, we may update your campaign status so that you can audition again. There's a famous saying in sales: 80% of the output is generated by the top 20% of sales reps, which is to say that we constantly get these kinds of requests so we cannot guarantee this. The best way to avoid this is to put your best foot forward from your first audition. In fairness, sometimes auditions can be rejected because there is a limited number of leads available for a campaign, so it does not hurt to ask.
