The Top Callers Reward Program is our way of recognizing and rewarding the best Glencoco Callers! Qualifying Callers will receive special bonuses and rewards. This article explains the different statuses of our program, the qualification criteria, and the process to become and remain a Top Caller.

At the end of every month as a Preferred Caller , you will receive a $100 bonus for every 2 qualified meetings you book.

Next Status:

Silver Coco-Closer 🥈

Bonus Available at Next Status:

At the end of every month as a Silver Coco-Closer 🥈, you will receive a $200 bonus for every 4 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Silver Coco-Closer 🥈

You book at least 2 Qualified Meetings in the previous month.

If you're coming back to the platform after a period of inactivity, you'll need to reactivate your Silver status by booking 2 Qualified Meetings in the current month.

If you don't maintain your Silver Coco-Closer 🥈 status, you will be reverted back to Preferred Caller status in the following month.

  • Companies can see your status

Bonus:

At the end of every month as a Silver Coco-Closer 🥈, you will receive a $200 bonus for every 4 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Bonus Available at Next Status:

At the end of every month as a Gold Coco-Closer 🥇, you will receive a $400 bonus for every 6 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Gold Coco-Closer 🥇

You've booked at least 4 total Qualified Meetings in the previous month.

If you don't maintain your Gold Coco-Closer 🥇 status, you will be reverted to Silver Coco-Closer 🥈 status in the following month.

Bonus:

At the end of every month as a Gold Coco-Closer 🥇, you will receive a $400 bonus for every 6 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Diamond Coco-Closer 💎

Bonus Available at Next Status:

At the end of every month as a Diamond Coco-Closer 💎, you will receive a $600 bonus for every 10 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Diamond Coco-Closer 💎

You've booked at least 6 total Qualified Meetings in the previous month.

If you don't maintain your Diamond Coco-Closer 💎status, you will be reverted to Gold Coco-Closer 🥇 status in the following month.

Benefits:

  • Companies can see your status

Bonus:

At the end of every month as a Diamond Coco-Closer 💎, you will receive a $600 bonus for every 10 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

Next Status:

President's Coco-Club 👑

Bonus Available at Next Status:

At the end of every month as a President's Coco-Club 👑 member, you will receive a $1,000 bonus for every 12 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

President’s Coco-Club 👑

You've booked at least 8 total Qualified Meetings in the previous month.

If you don't maintain your President's Coco-Club 👑status, you will be reverted to Diamond Coco-Closer 💎status in the following month.

Benefits:

  • Access to B2B lead databases for bespoke list pulls

  • Companies can see your status

Bonus:

At the end of every month as a President's Coco-Club 👑 member, you will receive a $1,000 bonus for every 12 meetings you book that run, irrespective of outcome.

All final calculations for Caller Program bonuses will be done in reference to 23:59:59 PST on the last day of each calendar month.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about our Top Caller Rewards Program

Question: What does it mean for a meeting to run? What does it mean for a meeting to be qualified?

Answer:

Definitions:

  • A meeting is considered as a meeting run if the AE confirms in the post meeting survey that the prospect actually showed up to the meeting (but it wasn't necessarily a qualified meeting)

  • A meeting is considered as qualified if the AE confirms in the post meeting survey that the prospect actually showed up to the meeting AND met all of the qualification criteria of that campaign.

Question: What are the Statuses, and how do I qualify for a specific status?

Answer: Each status has specific requirements that need to be met in order to qualify. These requirements are based off of the number of Qualified Meetings (QMs) booked in a month. You can refer to the status descriptions in the "Top Caller Program Statuses" section above for details about each status' requirements.

Question: When do I get paid if I hit my bonus goal of a specific status?

Answer: Status bonuses for users who hit the “meetings run” target are paid out on the second of every month to your Stripe Connect Account.

Question: When are the statuses checked and updated?

Answer: Statuses are checked on the first of the following month and statuses are updated on the 2nd of the following month.

The evaluation period is from the first to the last day of the current month.

Your performance stats as of the last day of the current month will be reviewed to determine your status for the following month.

Example:

If you booked 2 QMs (Qualified Meetings) by 11:59pm ET Feb 28th, you will be a Silver Coco-closer in March and will be eligible to receive $200 when you book 4 meetings that run in the month of March irrespective of whether they qualify.

If you booked 4 QMs by 11:59pm ET Feb 28th, you will be a Gold Coco-closer in March and will be eligible to receive $400 when you book 6 meetings that run in the month of March irrespective of whether they qualify.

Question: What happens if I achieve the criteria for a higher status in the middle of the month?

Answer: If you meet the requirements for a higher status in the middle of the month, your status will still only be updated on the second day of the following month. This ensures that your performance stats for the entire month are considered for the status evaluation.

QuestionDo I need to maintain the requirements for my current status to keep the associated bonuses and perks?

Answer: Yes, in order to keep the bonuses and perks associated with your current status, you need to meet the requirements for that status before the month you are on ends. Statuses of the previous month will be checked on the first of every month.

Q: Can I earn multiple bonuses at the same time?

Answer: Yes, it is possible to trigger the bonus of your status multiple times.

Example:

If you were a Gold Coco-closer for the month of March, you will receive a $400 bonus for having booked 6 meetings that ran in the month of March. This bonus will be paid out April 2nd.

If you booked 6 more meetings that ran in the month of March you will receive another $400 bonus on April 2nd.​

Question: What happens if I don't meet the requirements for my current status?

Answer: If you fail to meet the requirements for your current status, your status will be downgraded. This means that you may lose certain bonuses and perks associated with the higher status. However, you will still have the opportunity to work towards meeting the requirements and moving back up to the higher status in the future.

Question: Can I track my progress towards earning bonuses and reaching higher stasuses?

Answer: Yes, you can track your progress towards earning bonuses and reaching higher statuses. Weekly progress reports will be sent to you, detailing your current status and your progress towards earning the associated spiffs.

These reports will help you stay motivated and focused on achieving your goals.
