Sometimes, you may run into a prospect for whom the email or number data is old/deprecated.
To edit the information associated with a prospect.
1) You need to go to the prospect account page.
If the prospect is in your pipeline, you can just click on the lead card. Otherwise, you can access the account page from your call history.
2) Go to the all contacts section for the account page.
3) Click the vertical three dots next to the contact you want to edit.
4) Click “edit”
5) Make the necessary changes and hit save!
