Why an Account May be Deactivated

On rare occasions, a user's account may be deactivated for any of the following reasons:

  1. As part of recurring database cleanup work (archiving accounts if there is no activity on the account for a long period of time, e.g. over 8 months)

  2. Accounts flagged as not meeting the eligibility criteria to use Glencoco for compliance reasons (you can read more about our eligibility requirements here: https://help.glencoco.com/en/articles/10236681-01-eligibility-requirements)

  3. AI bots

  4. Accounts where there is such a high detection of audio and microphone quality issues that it impacts the prospect's conversation experience (we provide proactive notifications to address these issues before this is done)

  5. A user's performance on calls, email sends, and preparedness for a campaign is so low and below the standards required to be successful on the Glencoco platform that a decision has been made to remove them from the platform

  6. A user engages in ethically or morally unscrupulous behavior, such as submitting false leads

  7. A user communicates in an unprofessional or unsafe manner, including but not limited to threats of violence, profanity, or racial/ethnic slurs

  8. Users who violate our terms of service or community guidelines (you can read more about our community guidelines here: https://help.glencoco.com/en/articles/10236681-01-eligibility-requirements)

How to Know if your Account Has Been Deactivated

You'll know if your account has been deactivated if you attempt to log in and see the following text:

Your account has been deactivated

Safety and trust are important to our platform. Your account has been deactivated for inactivity or missing information in your profile. If you think this is a mistake or you want to be reinstated, please provide some additional information here.

How to Request Account Reactivation/Reinstatement

To request your account be reviewed for reactivation/reinstatement, you'll need to use this link (https://glencoco.typeform.com/reinstate?typeform-source=user.glencoco.com) and fill out the form.

After this is done, our team periodically reviews reinstatement requests and reinstates accounts on a case by case basis. You'll receive an email to the email address associated with your reinstated account with instructions on how to log back in. If you are a legacy user and your account was created before September 2024, you'll likely want to refer to this Applying and Creating an Account doc and follow the instructions.
