Does Glencoco have a slack community?
The short answer is, Glencoco does not have an officially sanctioned slack community. If at one point, you were part of a slack community, we have since de-provisioned access to it. While on occasion, we may invite some power users into a dedicated slack channel for support, early product release testing, and features, for security and provisioning reasons, we do not offer this by default.
For fastest responses or issues about the glencoco platform, your best bet is to chat with us in our chat window or to email [email protected].
For campaign specific support or issues, if you've been approved for a campaign, your best bet is to post in the campaign specific sales floor. If you'd like to be a part of an invite-only slack community, you'd need to show a consistent pattern of using the Glencoco platform (at least 15 hours a week) and demonstrating a keen interest in providing detailed user feedback or product feedback via screenshots and screen recordings emailed to [email protected] or while chatting with us in our chat window in the platform.
