Glencoco's users comprise a diverse community of cultures, ages, and beliefs. We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the different points of view that create a safe and open environment for everyone.
We created the Community Guidelines so you can help us foster and protect this amazing community. By using Glencoco, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. We’re committed to these guidelines and we hope you are too. Overstepping these boundaries may result in respectfully communicated feedback, banned accounts, or other restrictions.
Take data privacy and security seriously.
IP, data, and information contained within the platform, which you access after consenting and signing up as a user, are subject to non-disclosure rules. Respect this responsibility and use our platform in a way that mitigates security risks.
Assume positive intent.
Your success is our success. Please remember this. Glencoco's success as a business is directly tied to your success. Issues, frustrations, disputes, confusion, misunderstanding may arise, but we at Glencoco are committed to putting users first.
Communicate professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
In your interactions with Glencoco staff, counterparties in our marketplace, and with prospects you may interact with, we ask that your communications are professional, courteous, and respectful. We ask this of everyone involved with Glencoco. Curse words, condescending, or aggressive language are not accepted here.
Actively seek help from and provide feedback to the Glencoco staff.
As a team, Glencoco seeks to support, enable, fix issues, entertain requests, and unblock our users. You should never shy away from seeking help or providing feedback. We don't shy away from problems or sweep them under the rug. Instead, we look to understand and empathize, and come up with solutions. Your batsignal is [email protected]
Be helpful and make someone smile or laugh :)
Help others and pay it forward, which will also help you grow your network and relationships and contribute to a positive community. One great interaction for someone having a tough time can change their day :)
Foster meaningful and genuine interactions.
We do require users to provide us with accurate and up to date information. Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines or misleading others.
Follow the law.
Respect other members of the Glencoco community.
Don’t troll, name call, or engage in ad hominem attacks--about anyone. This includes making statements that insult, demean, or humiliate (whether individually or by reference to groups) other employees, our extended workforce, our business partners, or others (including public figures), or that violate other standards of conduct or policies against harassment and bullying.
