How to Get Help With Technical Issues

First, what is a technical issue? A technical issue is an issue that arises when you use the platform that results in an error modal popup, or some sort of issue with intended functionality (like audio issues, login issues, calendar scheduling issues).

A technical issue is different than an issue arising from the user not knowing how to use the platform or a user having a question or a request. A technical issue is also different from product feedback, although sometimes they're related.

To get support with technical issues, please start a chat by logging in and sending us a message in our chat widget, which can be accessed by clicking the black chat icon in the bottom right of your dashboard.

Once you're there, you can start a chat, and then select the "There's a technical issue/bug" option.

From there, you can log a ticket (if it's a minor issue), or you can start a chat with us and we'll respond promptly within the chat.
