How to Get Help With Technical Issues
To get support with technical issues, please start a chat by going to your Success Hub, which can be accessed by clicking the black chat icon in the bottom left of your dashboard.
Once you're there, you can start a chat, and then select the "There's a technical issue/bug" option.
From there, you can log a ticket (if it's a minor issue), or you can start a chat with us and we'll respond promptly within the chat.
If you're in our slack channels, you can always ping us in #ask_help, although we'll be migrating more and more of our processes to in-app chat over time. To be in our slack channels, you'll need to complete at least one training module and have passed certification.
