The first thing you'll want to do is to set up your Sales Profile within Glencoco.

What is a Glencoco Sales Profile?

As a user of our platform, you'll be able to build a private, or publicly shareable Sales Profile, which you can customize, including a recorded greeting, a profile picture, and some information about yourself. Think of it like a mix between a Linkedin Profile and a sales-focused resume.

Why Does Your Profile Matter?

Your profile is set to private by default, but there are many benefits to setting your profile to public:

Access the Best Campaigns

Companies listed on our marketplace, particularly for campaigns looking specifically for the best sales people, can review user profiles. Having a professional headshot, as well as a recorded greeting and a description about yourself, builds trust and increases your odds (if you are interested in full-time roles) of being hired if companies are looking for full-time sales people.

Stand out to Sales Hiring Managers

If you set your profile to public, you can share your Sales Profile as if it were a resume with any sales hiring manager - you'll be able to stand out to sales hiring managers by any company in the world, whether they're on Glencoco or not, with real stats and a cleanly formatted virtual resume.

Earn Trackable, Automated Referral Income

Our platform automates payouts for commissions, bonuses, as well as referral bonuses. If you set your profile to public and have sales people in your network sign up as a user of Glencoco, we automatically process out $100 in referral bonus for every person who signs up as a new user if they set at least one qualified meeting.

Analyze Your Stats to Improve as a Salesperson

Success in sales is all about constantly self-improving your stats and analyzing them. Your Sales Profile makes it really easy to view your stats for any campaign, compare with the best users of our platform, and find out how you stack up to the best sales professionals - all with the goal of becoming a better salesperson.

Setting Up Your Sales Profile

If you're logged in, in the left navigation bar of your home screen, click Settings -> My Profile. From here, you can start editing, toggling visibility, and customizing your profile how you'd like.

Best Practices to Optimize Your Sales Profile

Include a Professional Headshot (or Generate with AI)

If you have a professional headshot, it's strongly recommended that you upload one to stand out to companies on our platform. Alternatively, we recommend DreamWeave, a free AI professional headshot generator.

Record a Greeting That Reflects Your Personality

We're a professional, but welcoming, and fun community, and sales is all about being yourself and building genuine, emotional connections with prospects and other stakeholders. Record a short greeting that reflects who you are as a person (but please keep it professional!)

Fill Out Your About Me Description

A short description that describes who you are briefly will help your profile stand out, internally, to others in the community, and to any sales hiring manager, should you choose to share your profile publicly. You can briefly describe your previous experiences, or share a fun fact, or even include a calendar scheduling link if you're interested in doing mock call practice sessions with other sales people.

Set Your Sales Profile to Public

If you set your sales profile to public, you'll be able to monetize user referral income from anyone who joins the platform through your sales profile link. As a reminder, our platform automates payouts for commissions, bonuses, as well as referral bonuses. If you set your profile to public and have sales people in your network sign up as a user of Glencoco, we automatically process out $100 in referral bonus for every person who signs up as a new user if they set at least one qualified meeting.
