Applying/Creating an Account for the First Time
How to Apply
It's important to note that legacy users who signed up and created an account before September 2024 and never went through this new flow will need to follow the steps below as a one-time process.
You can apply to join the marketplace and subsequently create an account if accepted in one of two ways:
https://www.glencoco.com/openings takes you to our public facing campaign board, where you can see anonymized listings of currently active campaigns.
This is useful if you have previous B2B sales experience in a particular industry and want to immediately start working on that campaign.
https://www.glencoco.com/openings/application takes you to our general application link, where you can submit your details for review.

From either page, you can click the "Apply Now" button, where you'll be prompted to submit the following information:
Your name
Your years of sales experience
Your country
Your email
Your phone number
An uploaded resume in PDF format
Your LinkedIn profile URL
How you heard about us
An audio recording of yourself talking about a good sales success story
If you don't have a LinkedIn Profile, you'll need to create one. We don't accept anyone without a LinkedIn account for general quality bar purposes, since many of our campaigns are B2B sales where LinkedIn messaging comes in handy.
What Happens After You Submit Your Application: Our AI Review Process
After you've submitted your application, our team and our AI engine will review your resume, your linkedin profile, and your audio greeting to see if you pass the minimum requirements to be successful on our platform.
Typically, if you're accepted, you'll receive a text or email notification within 15 minutes that you've been accepted.
Sometimes, our team will require a manual review of your application, in which case it may take longer.
You'll find out no later than 48 hours after your application whether your application was accepted or waitlisted.
Once Accepted
Once you're accepted, you can follow the instructions to sign a 1099 contract to be able to perform work on our platform. You can review the contract before you submit. If you missed the article about our 1099 contracts, you can review it here again in our Eligibility Requirements doc.
Appealing Waitlists
If you were waitlisted but believe you're a strong candidate and suited for the platform, please first check the Eligibility Requirements doc to make sure you are of minimum eligibility to use our platform. Afterwards, you can send an email to [email protected] requesting an additional review and reasons why.
After Signing the 1099 Contract
If you've been accepted and completed signing your 1099 contract and log in, you'll be able to go onto the next steps to set up your profile and get started on campaigns!
